Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan), is the daughter of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Linda is Italian (from a paternal grandfather), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda was the youngest of four children in San Francisco Bay, California. Her interest in acting began as a ten year old, after she sang in a Christmas production at school. The school continued to offer shows and also community theater. Linda attended Saint Francis High School, Mountain View in California. When she graduated her school, she faced an option. She was unsure if she should go to New York and pursue theatre or Los Angeles in order to study film and television? When she graduated, she had decide whether or not to pursue a career in film or television in Los Angeles. Linda was cast in her first part in the TV show Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks was the character that led to her breakthrough. In the acclaimed series she played decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily James, born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson in 1989 (born April 5th), is an English actress. She started her career as an British actress in Just William (2010), which was a British series which aired on British television. Following her role in the role of Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her breakout role was her role as the lead in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James continued to play the role of the Countess Natasha Rostova for the television adaptation War & Peace (2016). James also appeared as Baby Driver (2017) and in the period dramatics Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (18) and The Dig (2021), and musicals Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). The actress was nominated for an Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 for her portrayal of Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
