Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 1977. She's an actor in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She is currently an analyst in charge of the Assassination Witness project and an integral member of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement team. The GI TOC's research focuses on murders (including disappearances) or violence as well as other types of crime related to illicit economics. Apart from organized crime, her research is focused on human rights implications and international human rights law. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum laude degree with a major in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies at Geneva. She also has an LL.M. and MBA in International Relationships from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree in magna cum laude Legal and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After working for a four-year period at an international law firm, she's licensed as a lawyer. In addition, she worked in assisting positions at non-governmental organisations located at Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
